How do I overcome loneliness?

I am home from college and all of my friends have either left town or become bums and drug addicts.... so we don't hang out anymore. I left my boyfriend because things weren't working out, and my only friend is married and has a child so she can barely hang out with me. The only other people that talk to me are guys that wanna get in my pants, and I am incapable of getting physical without getting feelings, and they don't want anything but sex. I don't know what to do. I've been spending my summer getting tan, reading, and smoking weed. But I am so lonely, I don't know what to do with myself.
