The feeling when you have a crush...?

Do you ever get the feeling when you have a crush that doesn't like you back. But every time you think they look at you, for some reason you think they're into you when they're totally not? How can I overcome this... I'm getting miserable because of it. We're not even friends... nor will he ever notice me.
