Please help, I feel so lonely :\?

I understand that its hard but try not to internalise all your worries so that you build it up into something its not. Try to join a group in something that you are interested in, and instead of focussing all your worries, enjoy the activity that you do. Social skills will come in time, but you need to get out and do something that makes you happy. Don't worry so much and live your life! Good luck!
